The Rally adds serious force and vibration to your wheelchair and wheels — especially off-road. We recommend upgrading to Spinergy SPOX Sport wheels or equivalent to protect your setup and extend your ride life. You can ride it slow and steady, but it’s built to tackle wild terrain with power. A rigid-frame chair, fixed footplate, trunk control, and strong hand function are all recommended for best performance and safety.

Paraboards Apex:

Fitment: Our stock mount fits most chairs. We are able to do customizations to fit nonstandard applications, discuss this with your Paraboards rep during your intake call.

Top Speed: Up to 25 mph with four electric belt-driven motors.

Customization: Nearly limitless customization is available on the Apex package, you will get materials perfectly suitable for use and ready for you to ride in style.

Compatibility: Designed for use with rigid manual wheelchairs equipped with Spinergy Sport SPOX wheels.

Usage: Ideal for recreation, sports, and efficient transportation.

Safety: Includes high quality custom manufactured merchandise. Helmet and additional protective gear is highly recommended (purchased elsewhere).

Order Process: After placing your order we will reach out to schedule a personal consultation to confirm your Paraboard's unique specifications and keep you updated on the progress while manufacturing.

Note: High-speed parasports will increase wear and tear on your wheelchair. Assess safety based on your chair's condition and your abilities. Replace any worn or broken hardware on your chair or paraboard immediately before riding.
1. Return Eligibility:

Only defective or damaged items upon arrival are eligible for return.

Each Paraboard is a custom-made item, as such they are not eligible for returns unless defective upon receipt with communication and pictures included.

2. Defective/Damaged Items:

Report defects/damages within 5 business days of delivery. Include photographic evidence.

We will assess and authorize returns personally on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refunds:

Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

4. No Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.

Some items can be replaced or repaired and we will do our best to get you back on the road quickly if that is the case.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged items.

6. Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, excluding defective or damaged items.

7. Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee applies.

8. Warranty Claims:

Separate warranty terms apply for defects arising after use, as outlined in our warranty policy.

9. Final Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

10. Customer Responsibility:

Ensure compatibility and suitability before ordering.

We are not responsible for damage due to improper use or compatibility issues.
